There’s a saying, "don’t let anyone to bring you down. Be yourself and ignore negativity. “As a motivated individual, every one of us has a best version of ourselves to show we are capable to do anything and to upright ourselves from others.

In our existence, we can’t avoid to encounter those individual who drag us down into dark abyss. It is like a dead rising from the grave and pull us down into the dark hollow. However, it doesn't mean we let them to sink us into the deepest and dark hole. We live here on purpose, and obviously not to entertain them.

Some of us are fortunately work to those fast growing economic environment wherein those lofty building were proudly erected on the ground as if they possessed a great powers and king among the other elevated architectonic. Like a skyscraper, it is erected on the ground with a strong foundation to support the super structure of the building. The steel and the concrete beams are the components to create a strong foundation to carry the weight of the superstructure. It also purposely assured to able to hold off the strong wind. Like a tree during the stormy days wherein it can handle to swing a few meters in each direction without damaging the structure. Sometimes, steel core rises upward from the inside the building to give it supports. Thus, as special God's creation in this world we incorporate these particular things in our life. How? This certain question answers that vague gist of the reality of life.

 Skyscraper stands for us in concept of the time of adversities and a chaotic predicament. At the same time, when our fellow human being look us down like a little speck. Those steel cores represent our faith within ourselves to achieve of what we want in the midst of social criticism. We always bear in mind that we should stand with confidence in this chaotic diversity. Life never runs smooth as we thought, and there are a lot of inhibitions we encounter during the time we spread our wing and fly like an eagle soaring in the clear sky. Particularly, there are some without you even bragging who might jealous of what we accomplished. They gradually drag us down until we cripple on the ground as long as it gives happiness to them. Nevertheless, fight back and keep going.

Are you familiar with the song skyscraper by Demi Lovato particularly the repeated chorus, “You can't take everything that I have; you can break everything I am. Like, I'm made of glass; like I’m made of paper.  Go on and tear me down. I'll be rising from the ground like a skyscraper." The implications of this particular song is that whatever people might saying or destroy our good name with slander, still we continue to strive in this unbearable journey into our destination. Even though they stepped us on our whole human being, still we endeavor and never listened to their discouragement piece. As I've mentioned, a strong foundation supports the super structure of the building. Likely, these strong foundation is our faith and believing in our self with the guidance of our beloved Supreme Being. 

As sacred scriptures say, “a hateful person disguises himself with his speech and harbor deceit within. When he speaks graciously, don’t believe on him, for there are seven abominations in his heart. Though, hatred is concealed by deception, his evil will be revealed in the assembly. (Proverb 26:24-26).

Eventually, people will make you feel weak and difficult to endeavor; and things like that don't give up on you. Fight them until the end because when you believe in yourself and the things you're doing will get right. If you give up for yourself, you never have a great life you dream and you'll stay weak and loser forever. Strength and achievement cannot be justified how big or small the person is. It depends on the person on how to strive to bring home the beacon. 

Bakit?

Bakit?Isang salita na binubuo ng limang titik.Bakit?Isang simpleng tanong pero ang hirap sagutin.Bakit?Isang simpleng salita pero ang lakas ng tama sa atin.Bakit tayo umiiyak?Bakit tayo nabibigo?Bakit tayo nahihirapan?Bakit tayo iniwan?Ang daming bakit pero walang kasagutan. 


Simula't sapol ng ating kabataan,palaging bumabagabag sa ating isipan ang tanong na bakit.Bakit may mahirap?Bakit may mayaman?Bakit may mga batang iniwanan ng kanilang magulang?Bakit may taong hindi makapagtapos ng pag-aaral?Bakit walang nagmamahal sa atin?Bakit hinayaan tayo ng Diyos na mahihirapan?Bakit niloko tayo ng ating kasintahan o kaibigan?Bakit ang iba walang opportunidad na makapag-aral samantala ang mga bulakbol na mga estudyante ay todo suporta pa?Bakit hindi tayo pinapansin ng taong nagustuhan natin?Bakit hindi tayo ng crush ng crush natin?Bakit hindi natin makamit ang ating mga kagustuhan?Bakit kailangan natin mapawisan bago kumita ng malaki?Bakit ang kursong nagustuhan natin ay hindi natin makamit,sa halip sa ibang kurso tayo naenrol?Bakit?At maraming pang bakit? 

Kahit sa aking sarili napatanong ako ng bakit.Bakit naghiwalay ang aking magulang?Bakit naghanap ng iba ang aking ama?Bakit nawala ang aking lola sa panahon na kailangan ko siya?Bakit nahihirapan ako sa paghahanap ng trabaho?Bakit walang sumusuporta sa aking pag-aaral?Bakit ako iniwan ng aking mahal sa buhay?Bakit ang unfair ng mundo sa akin?Bakit hindi nakikita ng Diyos ang aking paghihirap? Bakit?Sabi nga ng isang kanta,"maghintay ka lamang",ngunit kailan?

REFLECTION

   Have you ever asked yourself of who you are?Have you already determined your strengths and weaknesses you've possessed?Have you stared the girl staring back at you in the front of the mirror,and asking her of who are you inside?Have you experienced to pretend of someone else for all the time? 

    As human,our thoughts are always complicated as much as we want to seek the answer of every question that keep bothering in our entire existence to know ourselves better.Until now,we can't answer directly with question of who really we are?In a job interviews,we usually asked to introduce yourself.It is a simple question,but it is quiet difficult to answer because we didn't know our self better.There's also a fraction of moment wherein we confused our personality,and it will lead into an inner conflict.Our heart and mind battle in dominance of what we are going to follow.We a desire to build and put up something but we are dread for the result-we may disappoint other people with our decision,and we are worried that we might not fit in their society.Hence,we feigned to act as someone else despite it against our will.As what a caller of Papa Jack said to him during his program,"nagustuhan kita papa jack kasi hindi ka plastic.Ipinakita mo kung sino ka talaga,at yung iba naoffend sa salita na binibitawan mo,ngunit realidad naman talaga eh yun.Hindi mo kailangan mag-act na parang iba kasi we cannot please everybody."So,why do we have to pretend as another person as long as we could please anybody,as the matter of fact we can't.Wear your real personality,and avoid wearing a mask because it is a single step to deepen our understanding about ourselves.In addition,we must put God first in ourselves,and eventually asked His guidance.God is the answer of all these vague question. 

  Live your life as a significant thing on earth,and examined ourselves to enhance our weakness.Knowing yourself is an achievement as creation of God.

Wonderful Journey

    Journey.Every time we could hear this such word,we figure out so many things.It could be traveling through a vehicle,walking along in the rocky and dusty road,climbing toward the mountain's peak,and sailing in an ocean.But,what is our profound understanding with the word itself?What is our perspective regarding life is a wonderful journey?

      All the people have the same journey to take-in their lives.There maybe some inconveniences,disappointment,and joys,and a lot depends on path we destined to take.From the moment we are born,we are faced with the most horrifying roller coaster ride.Life has its ups and down,and most unexpected times can go into a spiraling down fall,which has rough and bumpy corner.Sometimes,we can't to avoid to claim,"I want to quit.I am of tired of living."But we cannot control on what our future hold or which road to take.Journey is like a weather,it is unpredictable.While we are pursue the path we've taken,we don't know on what's waiting for us in the next intersection-it could be a rough scratchy blanket which surface having a mark by irregularities,proturberance,and ridges.As we expect,the road is not always be smooth.Along our way,we stumble upon the obstacle the path we destined to take.These obstacle will test our courage,strength,faith and our weaknesses in order to reach our final destination.As what Laura Story said on her song entitled Blessing that if these trials are mercy in disguise.What if these challenges are serves as our motivation,and fuel to move forward.To take every single step to reach in the end.

    If we set the Micro Actuator as the best example,we could open our mind to understand this journey of our life.The Micro Actuator undergoes a lot of complicated process,actually.It just only a parts named as; holder unit,magnet holder,spring bottom/top,resin,and magnet.The first procedure is: AF 1 input operator will place the holder unit and magnet holder into an assy jig. Second,the spring top attach operator will place the spring top on the top of the assy,then it will pass through an oven tunnel for 30-45 minutes.After it emerged from the opening of the oven tunnel,the soldering operator soldered the both side of spring top,together with solder paste,and it will pass to the next process which is reverse wherein they check the appearance of the assy and reverse it to another side in order to put a spring bottom.It will undergo heat welding,magnet attach,auto resin and passed again through an oven tunnel until it reach to appearance.The appearance operator will passed it to a sphere unit assy,wherein the sphere unit input will set the af unit and base assy in a SPW jig.Then,the spw insert operator connect the both assy through insert a suspension wire,and proceed to next procedure such as soldering,solder paste,laser,detach,solder height(to check whether the assy has a good quality),and TADA!!The product was already made.It will send to the clean room for the final process.

These beautiful product could be found in the market as our mobile phone camera,digital camera which we used to capture an awesome images. See!Before it made into a quality product,it passed through a number of hands until it molded into an actuator.

    Likely,God creates us,and place us here on earth to find our purpose along in our journey.We undergo a various stages before we reach in the end of the road and become a better person.We are alike of assy which undergo a lot of stages before it become a beautiful product.Every process,it undergo so much mishandling of the operators,but still it endeavor.We experienced complexities of life,still we remain stronger and continue our small step until we reach in the end.

   We realize life is not bad as we thought,but it is wonderful.If look back after we reach in the end,we might saying,"Enjoy in your journey and a beautiful ending will come to you."

Do I have to cry for you?

  People says,"You must take a choice to chance on your life you never change."The moment I set your freedom,I totally made a right choice.A choice which I doesn't meant to do,but my heart says I have to.Apparently,we're opposite in many ways-we have different perception in life(you were contented of you have while I'm not),and our family status.Before,we ended up with something in common since we both came from a broken family,but it wasn't the only thing to consider for the strong foundation of our relationship.Maybe,we are not compatible with each other,just like the iPhone mobile wherein it can't function well if it doesn't compatible with the battery.Occasionally,the destiny will find a way to tear us apart.And,I'd realized when I loss  you,I discovered myself of who I am,of what I want to be.Maybe,it's part of God ways to know our purpose here on earth.

       I've mentioned a certain quotes a while ago,and it has a great implication in our situation.If we still stick together,do you think you will enjoy your life right now?Do you think you feel the love given to you by your current girlfriend?Absolutely NOT!You may live like hell-miserable at any point. It was a bittersweet closure,but I was happy back then.I may not happy after we got along together.I may not over you.But after an ardouos years I let go those feelings.There's always a single moment I can't avoid to reminisce those happy memories.Still,I'm asking myself,"DO I HAVE TO CRY FOR YOU?"I know a time machine will be impossible to invent by any brilliant scientist,even Einstien,and those happy memories are already part of the history.And,I don't have to retake a History again because I already passed that subject.

 This is the final words to say,"I don't have to cry for you because I deliberately let you go,and I already made a choice."Maybe,this is the time for me to write:"SAYONARA."

LOVE IS A TRUST

      What is love?We often asked with this question by our peer and other people surrounded us.We answered the certain question with a various definition.We could define the word itself such; (1.)Love is a complete acceptance,(2.)Love is what we experience in any moment that we are with someone without having or believing any judgements about that person,either he is good or bad,(3.)Love is unconditional,and(4.)Love has no condition.And so many definition.But what is the true notion of love?

    

  Love is giving of full trust.It is like an investment wherein we trust that certain company to invest our money to gain a profit or expecting for the growth of our capital.In fact,trust is the most powerful experience of spiritual freedom within the context of human relationship.But how we do experience the same freedom within the complexity of our relationship with each other?That's much more difficult to endeavor.Perhaps,we believe trust is a strongest word when we talked about love and affection.When we permit ourselves to trust deeply,we are letting another human being into our heart and into soul.We have accepted the good intentions of another so deeply that we allow to step so close to us that we cannot protect ourselves any longer.We are not expecting them to reciprocate of what we're given.How could we say we love a person if we doesn't trust him.Technically,love requires a courage to show on how we trust him without any doubt.If we critically ponder the such words love and trust,they are both synonyms.We might saying they have a different literal meaning,but these two profound words are come along in the context of every human relationship.We trust the person because we love him.Right? 

      A Sacred Scripture says,"For God so loved the world that He give His only begotten son."He sent Jesus Christ to save us from our sins,and not to condemn us.If we try to ponder His love,He trust us to clean our souls from our earthly sins,reciprocate His love,and rebuild our human faith with Him,

,despite we disappoint him in our everyday lives.Everyday He gives us another chances to renew our soul to enter the triumphant church,and to be with Him.If we love God,we have to trust him because He knows of what's best for us.A person with God type of love will always trust.That is,he will no longer suspicious of one's he love.



       In Corinthians 13:7,"Love always protects,always trust,always hopes,always perseveres.Whatever the situation,love is ready to trust.To trust someone means that you are ready to believe of the best version of him.

Insufficient food for Juan Dela Cruz

Tears ran thin down the face of the 35-years-old mother of three.The empty vessel lays on the table.Behind it,the children leveled their body on the floor due to an empty stomach.


The scenario realized Mrs. Bayona,it was the worst thing happened in her entire existence.


Hunger incidence is a pressing issue that needs to be addressed by our policy makers.


The number of Filipino families who rated themselves as hungry(based on the Social Weather Station self-rated hunger survey) rose from 8.3 % to 18.3% from the year 1999-2014.In last quarter of 2014 an estimated 3.8 millions household were victim of hunger.Out of these,13.2% of Filipinos experienced moderate hunger and 4.1 severe hunger.But in December 2014,the average hunger rate decreased by single-digit points-1.2 points compared to the 2013 of 19.5%. The Philippines government has quickly claim that this largely the result of their Conditional Cash Transfer Program or 4P's.However,some analyst stress does not translate to significant improvement.The people suffering from hunger in the country are mainly children and pregnant women.An alarming 33.6% of children under five years old are suffering from stunted growth in year 2003-2011,which placed the country 9th in ranking of stunted children.Pregnant women in the Philippines also count among people suffering the most from hunger.According to 2013 UNICEF reports,the Philippines ranked fifth among the countries with the most cases of low-birth babies.The poor nutrition of the mother has an impact on the development of new born and children.


The regions that are most affected by hunger are rural.This case especially in disaster-affected community,mostly in Visayas.These are the areas where poverty incident is much higher than the national average.The UN World Food program documented that 27% of the population in Yolanda-affected areas remained food insecure.

 The right to food is basically human right supported by depriving a certain part of population.


According to Philippine Constitution of 1897,article 13,section 12 states that the state shall establish and maintain an effective food and drugs regulatory system and undertake appropriate health. Perhaps,there are probable cause of hunger incident in the country.One,high retail food prices makes food items unaffordable and hinder the ability of the poor household to meet their daily foods and dietary needs.Income is another factor.The reality that people have become much poor capability

to access food because of meager income.


Because of poverty,the lack of food to supply the family Bayona is a major problem to them.


The right to have food is threatened the well-being of humanity.It abase the dignity of every human being and make our world insecure.
