The scenario realized Mrs. Bayona,it was the worst thing happened in her entire existence.


Hunger incidence is a pressing issue that needs to be addressed by our policy makers.


The number of Filipino families who rated themselves as hungry(based on the Social Weather Station self-rated hunger survey) rose from 8.3 % to 18.3% from the year 1999-2014.In last quarter of 2014 an estimated 3.8 millions household were victim of hunger.Out of these,13.2% of Filipinos experienced moderate hunger and 4.1 severe hunger.But in December 2014,the average hunger rate decreased by single-digit points-1.2 points compared to the 2013 of 19.5%. The Philippines government has quickly claim that this largely the result of their Conditional Cash Transfer Program or 4P's.However,some analyst stress does not translate to significant improvement.The people suffering from hunger in the country are mainly children and pregnant women.An alarming 33.6% of children under five years old are suffering from stunted growth in year 2003-2011,which placed the country 9th in ranking of stunted children.Pregnant women in the Philippines also count among people suffering the most from hunger.According to 2013 UNICEF reports,the Philippines ranked fifth among the countries with the most cases of low-birth babies.The poor nutrition of the mother has an impact on the development of new born and children.


The regions that are most affected by hunger are rural.This case especially in disaster-affected community,mostly in Visayas.These are the areas where poverty incident is much higher than the national average.The UN World Food program documented that 27% of the population in Yolanda-affected areas remained food insecure.

 The right to food is basically human right supported by depriving a certain part of population.


According to Philippine Constitution of 1897,article 13,section 12 states that the state shall establish and maintain an effective food and drugs regulatory system and undertake appropriate health. Perhaps,there are probable cause of hunger incident in the country.One,high retail food prices makes food items unaffordable and hinder the ability of the poor household to meet their daily foods and dietary needs.Income is another factor.The reality that people have become much poor capability

to access food because of meager income.


Because of poverty,the lack of food to supply the family Bayona is a major problem to them.


The right to have food is threatened the well-being of humanity.It abase the dignity of every human being and make our world insecure.

Environment corrupts people's goodness

How environment nurture the person?Does human is innately good?At birth of human mind is a tabularasa(blank slate) and they are inherently good, and that is gradually filled as a result of experience.Learning broaden the mind of people to acquires new knowledge,to modified existing behaviors,skills and values.However,learning can't takes place without learning environment.Living in this chaotic world is like a teaching-learning process takes inside the four corner room what we used to called classroom.These three factors of the teaching-learning process could be incorporate in the reality of life.Whereas,the learners are us,the teacher is our fellow human being,and the learning environment is the earth.The teacher teaches his/her student to acquires new knowledge as well as good characters or in another words molded the mind of the learner.Learning environment has also a great contribution to take part of Education.In this situation,a threatening atmosphere(bullying of student,favoritism,racial discrimination among the learners) plus a bias teacher is present in the education of human,how could he get a good moral reference or a better learning?It is like a pot molded by a wrong hand and place in unfavorable environment(moist,cold and messy place). Do you think it would be a beautiful and authentic hand craft?Definitely,no.For us people,do you think those holdappers and shoplifters do those kind of bad things in spite of being sufficient in life? 


 Jean-Jacques Rousseau believes human being are inherently good but are corrupted by the society.For a real talk,our fellow human being pushes his neighbor to his limit and commits a bad doings.It is even getting worse because of the influence of our environment wherein poverty,social inequalities,less job opportunities,oppression and crab mentalities of the people over killed the earth.Actually,no one dream to become cruel,but his society induce him become evil.If you watched the Captain Barbel movie,a fictional Filipino superhero created by Mars Ravelo,try to focus in the villain of the said story.Observe their character,open your mind for the reason why they transformed to became evil.For example,Lagablab,is the major antagonist of Captain Barbel movie,who takes his revenge because of his corrupt society.In the first place,he is a good person and a responsible breadwinner to his family.The fact he can't meets and provides their physiological needs for their daily lives because of a lower salaries and a price hike of the products.That situation constrained him to lend a money from his boss,instead of letting him to borrow a less amount of pennies,he dropped a sharp word to him,"bali ka ng bali..Hindi ka naman makapagbayad.Pwede kitang palitan,marami diyan na may kakayahang magbuga ng apoy".Let dagang patay as a set of a second example,he just only wants to play with the kids but they neglected him because of his disgusting looks and rotten stench to their nose.Until one day,he was beaten up by the people in their community that it cause him to death because they thought he attempted to abduct the child,in fact he help the little kiddo not to be hitted by the car.He basically living in the water drainage with a rodents.After he got his power and awaken,he said,"Ayoko ng tao.Masama sila.Gaganti ako." He eventually become evil because of discrimination.Frezzy,is a third villain of the said story, who take also her revenge to all men who are sexually addicted.She was being raped and killed by his boss,and it clouded her with anger towards men.Likewise,John Green said to Hank Green in their song debate entitled we are bat people,"Crimes is not caused by all evils,it caused by a systemic disenfranchisement,poverty,and less job opportunities."


Society has a great contribution of corrupting people's good will. Perhaps,it is on us to minimize this incurable disease of society.If human transformed into a good christian,this world would be a better place for you and for me.

Love-problem clouded the mind of people

Love.It is a one word that composed of four letters and variety of distinct meanings.It may describe compassionate and affectionate action toward human oneself.Furthermore,it may classified into a different types such as divine love,hence,we considered this is as an agape love because it denotes the love of God for humankind.In the New Testament,it refers to the covenant love of God for human as well as the human reciprocal love for God;the term necessarily extends to the love one's fellowman.Thus,the word itself,it may also refers to a storge(familial),friendship(philia),and romantic desire(eros). But what is true notion of love for a couple or a love broken couple?And why they strongly believe that love hurt them? 



Nowadays,a great number of homes are consisted of a broken family due to a fact either a mother or a father was absent in that certain dwelling and supposedly a parent should be unite to establish a conducive and non-threatening environment and maintain the strong families ties with love and affection toward each member of the family.However,solidarity is essential to the success of marriage,so if the both parties were sudden fall apart,how could they attain this goal?Marriage by God's design is the union of one man and one woman.As what a Sacred Scripture says,"So,the Lord God cause a deep sleep to fall upon the man,and while he slept,took one of his rib and close up its place with a flesh.And the rib that the Lord God taken from the man He made into a woman and brought her to a man.Then the man said,"This at last is bones of my bones and flesh of my flesh,she shall called a Woman,because she was taken out of Man."Therefore,a man shall leave his mother and father and hold fast to his wife and shall become one flesh"(Gen.2:21-25). In addition,"Though one may be over powered,two can defend themselves.A cord of three strand is not quickly broken"(Ecc.4:12). These three cords represent a husband,a wife and God. Considering that,the two is stronger than one is one thing.But understanding the two unite with one God is even stronger.So,how come a husband or a wife cheated his/her partner which is it against the divine law and what is the significant of their solemn vow.Apparently,when a couple first enter into a marriage,the last thing they are thinking about is divorce.But,through a years of being together,the couple may enter times of hardship and trials that threaten their relationship or the worse is fall out of love for their partner.They didn't allow God's word come into a play.In fact,according to the Bible,"Therefore,what God has joined together,let no one separate"(Mark 10:9) 


Otherwise,men are more likely than woman to cheat.According to a study,it is estimated that close to fifty percent of all men will cheat at some point in their lives.They are more likely to consider leaving their spouse when they're having an affair.The wife or a person,who left behind by love of their life,drown in depression,and it seem their world had been crashing down.A family crisis which is caused by a unsuccessful marriage will engulfed the whole family that lead their child will suffer the most.Children are the first person who would be affected by their selfish decision.Moreover,the devastated person(wife/husband) ruining herself/himself by any means because according to them,"there is no essence of life without our love". They are being blindsided,so how about their child or a member of a family who rather to stay with her/him?But God said,"And the man that commit adultery with another wife,even he that commit adultery with his neighbors wife,the adulterer and adulteress shall put to death"(Lev.20:10). On the other hand,unmarried couple or a single person also experiencing this kind of conflict in their relationship or in their lives(single status) especially longing for their love one's or their crushes.Some of them can't move on from their past relationship.They can't allowed their heart to welcome a new love because they are dread of getting hurt or they might still for their exes.And those couple who are recently broken and being left by their boyfriend/girlfriend or being betrayed were become a bitter gourd toward their opposite sex.For example,nowadays "hugot lines" are trending for teenagers or even for the adult,I know a person can't directly shout out or to express those such words without "pinaghuhugutan". Everytime they dropped those verbatim,there is someone who they want to be hitted by those lines.And the person who can relate with it would be influence and clouded their mind with bitterness.For a real talk,after a break-up,either a boy/girl suffered heartaches and it consume them to the relish.They are frequently experienced an emotional pain,and sometimes psychological depression because of rejection,betrayal,divorce or romantic rejection.Or even worse they can't move on over a several years because the past memories were still ricocheting-back and keep replaying in their mind.


 Instead of worrying about their love life,people should face the reality of life.There are a lot of things should be consider first such as poverty,social discrimination,crimes,less job opportunities and other social issues.For a wife or a husband,who had been greatly affected by unsuccessful marriage,try to resilient from depression and adversity.We have to let go those people who are not deserving for our love,and always remember that they are not the only person who love us but we have a our family,friends and most of all God love us.Guide and raised your children accordingly. 



There are so much that life can be offer.Just live with soul.And they say,you live only once.Live life for the fullest.Laugh as much as you can because it is the best medicine.Most of all,love.Let your heart felt the best feeling you could ever have as long as it will respect the moral reference frame.If you get hurt again,just ease the pain and move on because life never end there.Live happily because that is the best thing we could do on our journey.
